Hi Family

I just arived in Israel. It was great fun traveling all night. We started in Thesolnik then flew to Athens then from there to Tela viev, It was quite a trip not much sleep. Greece was amazing the history there. We did a bus tour the time we were there it was awesome. Lots of sitting though, but I got to see many runines I have read about before. It was amazing to walk amidst them.

What an adventure I am having. I hope you are all doing well. Today in Jerusalm we will be doing a walking tour of the old city as well as climing through a tunnel, that is more like a swere. I guess well see what adventures lie ahead here in Israel. All the best I will try to write again.

Love, J-Lee

What an amazing day I had yesturday, Tues, 22. I don't think I have ever walked as much in my life as I did yesturday. I was able to see many Canaanite Ruins. Very interesting. We read about the battles that took place at these sites, and say the remains to prove that the Bible was acurate about it's telling of the history. The food here is amazing. So fresh, all the vegetable and fruit we eat here, are grown here. And the breads are amazing. I am having a great time, my knee is sore. But I'm probably only going to be in Israel once in my life so I will push through.
Love you all,
J-Lee

Hi All,

I'm on the home Stretch. Sorry I haven't written more, it seems that I have been on a whirl wind tour for the last 3 1/2 weeks. I am currently in a small town outside of Athens.

We are staying here for a layover, from our flight from Tel Aviv to Calgary. Tomorrow we leave from Athens fighting to Toronto, then another stop over and we should wind up in Calgary around 10:30. I will be calling Robbie to let her know if this changes.

This has been an amazing trip, I have learned so much. I think I have grown as a person, I know I still have more growing to do but it is amazing to be challenged.

This has been the best place to see all that I have study and learn put it into practice. Not only did the place of the Bible absolutely came alive. But also I have had a few chances to work with the local churches and youth groups, it has made me see how great the work is and it is awesome that there are people doing it all over the world.

I have so many more stories that I hope I can share with you in the future. I miss you all and will see you soon.

J-Lee
